Medication Management Records (MAR's)
Medication administration records are essential to providing good medication management, and to provide a record of its administration. MAR’s ensure that you meet the legal responsibility of ensuring the rights of medication dispensing.
Our MAR sheets contain the following information:
- Patient Name
- Patient Room Number
- Patient Allergies
- Patient Diagnosis
- Date Started
- Time The Medication is to Be Dispensed
- Time Given / Prompted / Observed
- Initials of Care Worker
We can customize the MAR’s sheets so that scheduled and as-needed (PRN’s) medications can be printed on separate sheets. Additional detailed information of each medication can be added to fit the needs of your facility.
Physicians Order Sheets
We also have available, if needed, physician order sheets. These order sheets are the physician’s way of communicating their treatment plan for the patient under their care. These also direct the pharmacy as to the medication profile desired for the patient.

Pill bottles are the basic packaging method. Ideal for individuals or smaller homes where limited medications are being despensed.
Blister Packs
Blister packs or punch cards are a convenient method of packaging medication in date-specific protective bubbles, that are easily punched out for dispensing.
Medicine On Time (MOT)
Medicine on Time (MOT) is a system of time and date specific unit dose "pill cups". Each "pill cup" is packaged in convenient color-coded calendar cards for the time of day it is to be dispensed.
